Please keep your description to less than 40 words, otherwise, I will shorten the post and might leave out something you really wanted in, so please keep your descriptions brief so this doesn't happen.  Thanks :-)

Each item can have up to 2 photos, or 1 banner

Photos will be sized at 150 pixels wide

Banners will be sized at 300 pixels wide

IMPORTANT: Please make sure the photos you send are those of your own child wearing the outfit. If it is not your child, please be sure you have PERMISSION from the previous owner to use the photos! I have had a few complaints in the past months over people using photos without permission. Thanks, :-)

Items remain on the site until the are SOLD*

Please notify us ASAP when your item sells

Items we accept are (1) national level/custom made dresses, (2) national level/custom made sportswear, (3) national level swimwear, (4) custom made and off the rack casualwear, (5) national level misc. attire (6) all levels of crowning attire (7) Hollywood Babe attire and (8) national level westernwear.

If you fail to reply to our "extension" emails for more than 3 months your item will be REMOVED and you will be required to submit the posting fee again to have it re-posted. We only do this to insure that you will answer all emails of potential buyers.

If your email comes back as "mailbox not found" or "undeliverable" your item will be REMOVED and you will be required to submit the posting fee again to have it re-posted. PLEASE BE SURE TO KEEP YOUR EMAIL CURRENT!!!

If your item sells before I get a chance to get it posted, I will refund your posting fee. However, if your item sells even an hour after I get it posted, you will not receive a refund as I will have upheld my end of the transaction.

I do send email confirmations when I get the items posted. This is to double check that I have your email correct, and that the description is to your liking. These confirmation emails are sent directly from the site, so even though you may not be able to view the updates, they are posted!!! Be sure to clean out your "cache" or re-start your computer if you cannot view the updates.
